Accountability Partners // Week 4

Week 4 :: May 31 - June 6
Goal :: 10 Miles + 3 AM Spin Classes

Week Two Goal :: 3 Day Detox + 15 miles + Complete my May recipe (I'm a bit behind)
Progress :: I got all 15 miles in and did my detox from Wed-Fri. On day 2 I was ready to throw in the towel, but I'm glad I stuck it out and was full of energy on day 3. I was pleased with my results and plan to continue to to incorporate my smoothies in daily as a meal substitute for one of my 3 meals. A full re-cap to come tomorrow.
