Monday Ramblings - November

Nov 20, 2017

This past weekend was such a fun one. My friend, Erika, got married at Haue Valley & I got to stand by her side as Maid of Honor.  Her wedding marked my last one for 2017. It's been a fun year watching so many pals marry their forevers. I was in 3 weddings and attended 3 others. Now that weddings have come to and end, it's time to gear up for holiday season! Here are a few misc. thoughts for my Monday --
+ birthday bonfire -- coming up this weekend! the Cattleman and I spent yesterday prepping a bit for the party at his farm
+ planning -- for the party and holiday dishes, ample list making over here
+ Fall leaves -- they are still hanging around and making for pretty backdrops on country drives (like above)
+ family time -- I'm looking forward to the holidays this year and starting it out this week
+ beauty -- I got this face mask in my Play! By Sephora box this month and want to try it this week
+ stockings -- we have these crochet stockings in the Shack & I am trying to decide if I want oatmeal or white stockings to hang on my shiplap coat rack
+ looking forward -- to a short work week
+ upcoming -- my work holiday party in Boston + the Cattleman's birthday (both in early December)
+ Christmas decor -- wanting to get some up soon to embrace it this season..last year I never even put ornaments on my tree
+ gift guide -- I'm thinking of turning my "Shop With Jess" page into a little bit of a gift guide for now
+ drafts -- I have so so many blog post drafts..Mostly I want to get up some 30th related posts and my Cancun trip re-cap
+ snagging -- this cozy sweatshirt while it's on sale in store, trying the reserve in store option
+ books -- I haven't been in much of a reading mood lately, but I just requested the audiobook of The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo at Keira's suggestion
+ This is Us -- I am way behind on this

that's it for now!
